This was taken from Everland, a famous amusement park in South Korea. Towards the end of our visit, they hosted a large parade called "Celebration" in which there were floats upon floats of people dressed in very elaborate costumes.

The head was constantly rotating, so it took me a couple tries before I got the right angle.
